Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Netflix Shop gear as much as your favorite show, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it to your mobile device.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
